Role

We are seeking a dynamic European Project Manager to lead our software development projects across both waterfall and agile methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale software development projects across multiple European markets.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project management, specifically in the technology sector.
  • Strong educational background, ideally with a degree in the fields of computer science or engineering.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional risk management, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
