We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to join our team and lead the development of intelligent, autonomous systems. In this role, you won’t just be “calling APIs”—you will be architecting complex Agentic workflows and high-performance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. You will bridge the gap between sophisticated LLM logic and scalable web applications, ensuring our AI solutions are reliable, fast, and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks like PydanticAI or LangChain to solve complex, multi-step tasks.
• Build RAG Pipelines: Develop and optimize RAG systems to allow our models to interact with proprietary data with high precision and low latency.
• Develop Production APIs: Build and maintain robust backend services using FastAPI or Django to serve AI features to end-users.
• Data Management: Manage both structured data in PostgreSQL/MySQL and unstructured embeddings in Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate).
• Evaluation & Optimization: Implement rigorous testing for AI outputs to ensure accuracy, safety, and performance.

Technical Requirements:

• Core Programming
• Expert-level Python with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming, type hinting, and design patterns.
• AI & Orchestration
• Agentic Frameworks: Proven experience building with PydanticAI or LangChain.
• RAG Systems: Hands-on experience with document chunking strategies, embedding models, and retrieval optimization.
• Vector Databases: Experience implementing and querying vector stores for semantic search.
• Backend & Web
• Web Frameworks: Strong experience with FastAPI (preferred for AI services) or Django.
• Database Management: Proficiency in relational database design and optimization using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
