The next generation of the iCabbi Passenger App is almost here.

Built on an AI-first infrastructure, the all-new app has been designed to help fleets deliver a modern passenger experience while giving you a platform that’s ready for the future. With a completely refreshed look, powerful new features and continuous enhancements planned after launch, this is our biggest passenger app update yet.

The new app is already live with its first customer, with additional fleets joining throughout the summer ahead of the general release in Q4 2026. We’ll keep you updated on your expected rollout date.

What’s New?

The new Passenger App includes a host of enhancements designed to improve the booking experience for passengers and help fleets compete with ride-hail apps, including:

• New Account Payment flow for corporate customers, enables full user management and payment access through the corporate account
• Passenger Analytics – Measure Return on Investment for Digital Marketing ads from Click Through Rates to new Passenger sign-ups and first booking conversion
