It’s been a big week for the iCabbi team as our Move AI product launches in North America. Our customers have been looking for an effective NEMT solution for a long time. We listened, and have invested heavily in developing the right solution for our fleets to transform their medical transportation offerings and scale like never before.
Move AI is built on the integration of iCabbi with Moovex, including complex customisation that enables NEMT-specific capabilities. This has taken over 18 months R&D commitment and we are very, very happy with the outcome. Our acquisition of Moovex in January secures our commitment to the product, with scoping already underway for the next phase of development.
Move AI offers shared rides and advanced route optimization. In addition to patient transportation, it can also be applied to other use cases such as school bus, employee shuttles and microtransit.
There is a ton fo demand for this product. A wait list has formed and is building fast. But how exactly will this work and how soon will fleets get onboard?
