Title: Digital and Content Designer

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

  • Design digital assets, including social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, online advertisements, video editing and copy.
  • Create visually engaging infographics, eBooks, and presentation templates to enhance content marketing efforts.
  • Develop cohesive visual identities for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Produce video assets in live-action and graphics.
  • Produce additional content series such as podcasts and e-publications.

Content Marketing Design

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design assets that enhance storytelling, customer education and drive engagement.
  • Design dynamic visuals for blog posts, brochures, whitepapers, and case studies to captivate readers.
  • Manage the production of multimedia content, including video overlays, animations, and interactive assets.

Campaign Support

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop visually impactful assets for product launches, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Monitor and iterate designs based on campaign performance data and user feedback.

Brand Development

  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and design outputs.
  • Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual identity, bringing a fresh and innovative perspective.

Skills and Experience:

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design or a similar role, preferably within a tech or B2B environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
  • Motion design or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience creating graphics optimised for web and social media platforms.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile design.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and CRM marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies, including SEO and audience engagement best practices.
