Title: Senior Marketing Manager – Strategic Projects

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Project Management
- Research, plan, manage, and deliver marketing projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and timelines across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track and analyze projects with data and use this for informed strategic decision-making.
- Implement agile or other project management methodologies for efficient workflow.
Market Research
- Evaluate market research and trends to identify new opportunities
- Market-sizing and segmentation
- Product market scoping and competitor analysis
- Database development strategy
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, and events.
- Align campaigns with product launches and sales objectives, ensuring a measurable impact.
Content & Collateral Development
- Creative campaign strategy (Campaign creation, ad copy, event activation, etc.)
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including website updates, whitepapers, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with customer and product teams to translate technical features into compelling marketing messages to drive new sales and customer adoption.
- Work closely with the sales team to enable effective lead nurturing and conversion.
Data & Performance Metrics
- Define KPIs for marketing projects and track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform future strategies.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with solid experience managing strategic marketing projects
- 3+ years working within a technology/SaaS organization
- Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Desirable
- Business, Marketing or Communications BA/MA level degree.
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
