Role Overview

Then we want you to be a key part of our HR team. As our HR Administrator, you’ll play an essential role in providing administrative support across a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and data management.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day HR queries. Key Responsibilities

 Recruitment Support

  • Assist with the full recruitment process from posting job adverts, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support the preparation of job offer letters and contracts for new employees.
  • Ensure all recruitment records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

Onboarding and Induction

  • Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including organising induction schedules, ensuring IT and equipment setups are in place.
  • Coordinate all new starter documentation and system set up.

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update employee records on the HR system (HRIS) ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.

Payroll & Administration Support

  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate payroll inputs (e.g. leave, sick days, and overtime).
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies at all times.

 HR Policy and Compliance

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Support in employee relations matters, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.

Employee Engagement

  • Help organise employee events and wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar HR administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems (HRIS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in HR.
