Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help build and launch products that deliver rich features to the market. Your primary focus will be identifying insights and creating product experiences that align with our agreed roadmap, ensuring we continue to lead the way in innovation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Product Launches: Work with product and customer-facing teams to bring new and innovative products to market.
• Develop Product Strategies: Lead the creation of product strategies for launching services across our suite of dispatch solutions.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage complex, cross-functional teams to execute product delivery at scale, working alongside customer-facing teams, development, data, and management.
• Customer Engagement: Partner closely with customers to gain a deep understanding of how drivers and fleet managers engage with our platform, which will inform the product roadmap, feature value propositions, and positioning.

What Will You Bring to Us?

•  Experience: 2+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B eCommerce.
• Customer Interaction: Experience working directly with customers to clearly extract requirements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate them into practical solutions.
• User-Centric Focus: A focus on delivering software products and services with an emphasis on user experience.
• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of technical architecture for web applications and services.
• Wireframes & Mock-Ups: Ability to craft wireframes and mock-ups to communicate ideas and concepts clearly
• Database & Tech Knowledge: Experience with multiple database technologies and environments.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems, fintech, and ERP systems is a plus.
