iCabbi is a leading innovator in dispatch technology for the Taxi/Livery  industry, now poised to transform the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector following the acquisition of Moovex, an AI-driven technology company. With this expansion, we are entering the U.S. market and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team executing growth and establishing a market presence for our new product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, product demo’s, to closing, leveraging multiple channels to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively qualifying leads, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding the network of potential clients.
  • Market Insight & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, gather competitive intelligence, and spot opportunities, informing strategic approaches.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking: Use metrics-driven processes to monitor sales performance, analyze results, and report on KPIs.
  • Product Demos: Deliver engaging product demonstrations, provide technical insights, and recommend creative solutions to optimize client experience.
  • Strategic Outreach: Generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with senior executives to understand their business needs and challenges, presenting iCabbi’s Move AI tailored solutions to drive value.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive pitches.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Manage the entire sales process, focusing on enterprise-level clients and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive long-term growth within the client portfolio.
  • Travel: Travel as needed within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site market research.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in Market Launches: Proven success in introducing and establishing new products, with the ability to develop go-to-market strategies and drive initial adoption a plus.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the transportation and NEMT markets is highly desirable.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willing to actively participate in all stages of business development, from client calls to closing sales.
  • Enterprise Sales Acumen: Strong background in complex solution sales, technology sales, and SaaS a plus, including building and managing relationships at different customer segments including small, medium and large companies. Along with the ability to sell to the C-suite level.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and develop tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a history of building productive cross-functional relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales enablement platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in full-cycle sales, preferably within NEMT, transportation, or SaaS sectors.
  • Track Record: Consistent achievement of sales targets and a strong foundation in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs. International travel may be required, as such, a valid passport is required
