Independent Support for iCabbi Operators

Arrington Consultancy provides independent business and technical consultancy services to taxi and private hire operators across the UK. The company helps operators optimise their systems, improve efficiency and simplify daily operations.

Tom Arrington founded Arrington Consultancy after spending over 20 years in the taxi industry. His experience spans everything from driving taxis to owning and managing taxi businesses.

Tom ran Abacus and Falmouth Taxis for nearly 20 years before selling the business in 2025. During that time, he used the iCabbi platform for approximately eight years. As a result, he understands the everyday challenges operators face and how technology can support their businesses.

How Arrington Consultancy Can Help

• iCabbi Optimisation: Get practical support with iCabbi zones, zone profiles and system configurations. Arlington Consultancy helps operators tailor their setup to suit their business needs.
• Integrations: Connect iCabbi with other business tools and systems to improve daily operations.
• Website Development: Build websites that reflect how each business operates and how its customers book.
• AI Solutions: Introduce AI staff workspaces to support suitable daily tasks. These solutions follow each operator’s business information, processes and rules.
• Commercial Reviews: Gain an independent assessment of business operations, including pricing, driver payments and office processes. For £500, operators receive a written assessment, practical recommendations and clear next steps.

Arrington Consultancy also offers additional setup, integration and project services. The team agrees on the scope and cost of each project separately.

As an independent consultancy, Arrington Consultancy does not receive payments from iCabbi or other software providers. Instead, its advice focuses on the needs of each operator.
