As a co-founder of iCabbi, I had the very good fortune to be part of a fun, exciting, and at times very difficult and challenging route to the success we’re enjoying today. From one customer to hundreds across the world the journey has never been dull, and every day is different. I have enjoyed learning the business and facing many challenges across various roles from Commercial Director, to Sales Director to President of iCabbi North America and more recently Chairman of the Boards of North America and Brazil.

My current role and most recent opportunity to try something new is as CEO of the Taxi Alliance for the UK and Ireland. The Taxi Alliance is an initiative that sees our customers have the opportunity to become shareholders and contribute to direction in the regional iCabbi business. We set up the Taxi Alliance as we want to unite the taxi industry and further the common interests of the taxi members and the industry overall, by working together, in any area that we deem to be of the highest priorities to the industry, whether that be right now or in the future.

Together with having trade representative seats on the board and 6 members on a Product Council this structure aims to give our customers/members a say and full visibility and transparency on how we run our business in the region. We believe that we can align the taxi industry through collaboration and contribution and that as an industry we are stronger together. Now with over 145 members, with 39,000 taxis we have the biggest network of taxis in the UK and Ireland.

In my spare time I like to hang out with my wife and 3 boys, play golf (at least I call it playing), walk/hike, travel, coach kids rugby and enjoy good food and drink at every opportunity!
