The ultimate aim is that passengers also benefit from an enhanced taxi service with shorter wait times and access to a network that can cater to their transportation needs in even the most remote locations. This too is a value-add for corporates and public bodies seeking to streamline their work travel and contract fulfilment.

What is the difference between Dispatch and App Networking?

It is essential to treat Dispatch and App networking as two very distinct product lines. While they both facilitate the sharing of bookings between fleets, their functionality differs significantly. You can join one or both types of network.

Dispatch Networking

  • Local
  • Manage overbooking demand - stop turning away customers and encouraging them go to ride hail
  • Opt-in individually - select the local partners you wish to send work to. Receive bookings from any partner who has selected your fleet
  • For fleets who have other fleets nearby with whom they can share local bookings. Typically, this will be less than 50km in radius

App Networking

Every time your passengers leave town you risk losing them to a ridehail app. They download it while they’re away and use it when they get back home. Not anymore. With the iCabbi Exchange your passenger can use your app anywhere. So even when they’re away your passenger is home on your app.

App Networking

  • Regionally, nationally and internationally
  • Gives your passengers roaming - meaning they get the convenience of using the same app with coverage everywhere like with ridehail
  • Opt-in once off - you do not select partners, passengers book on demand and are given the closest car on the network when not in your radius
