What is the purpose of the Taxi Alliance?
The Taxi Alliance is a joint venture between iCabbi and the independent taxi and private hire industry in the UK & Ireland. Over 500 companies, representing upwards of 41,000 cars have joined since its launch in March 2022. This makes it the largest alliance of its kind in the world. The aim of the Taxi Alliance is to help member fleets to defend and grow their businesses by uniting the industry through strength and collaboration.
Provide security to customers iCabbi and its technology will continue to be developed with their best interest in mind.
Facilitate market-specific product R&D in collaboration with taxi fleets, so that companies get a say in the product they need to succeed.
Enable the development of a branded national network that allows taxi companies to thrive locally, while taking part in a brand that passengers, drivers, businesses and government all over the UK & Ireland will recognise and use.

The Taxi Alliance Product Council
The Product Council is a group of appointed individuals who will meet regularly to help shape the development of the iCabbi platform for the UK and Irish market. It’s being established as an initiative of the Taxi Alliance to give customers a say in the development of the technology powering their business. Who better to advise the Product R&D team than the customers who are using the product every day?
