In 2024, iCabbi introduced Move AI, offering sophisticated route optimization to support NEMT and other preplanned and multi-load transportation models. This innovation was developed as a direct response to demand from existing iCabbi taxi fleet customers in the USA who were diversifying their businesses into NEMT, student transportation, microtransit and other rideshare and contract service models. Move AI is a significant upgrade opportunity for existing iCabbi users. Move AI is available as a standalone route optimization and dispatch platform for NEMT and other transportation providers.

Kyle Summers

Master Reseller for the US Market, iCabbi

Kyle is a transportation executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling fleet operations within the NEMT industry. Throughout his career, he has overseen 650-vehicle fleets, served as COO of Old Dominion Transportation Group, founded a multilingual transportation call center in Serbia, and provided dispatch services to transportation companies across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. He joined iCabbi as a customer in 2014 and then as a Senior Vice President in 2015 where grew the North American market from a single customer to nearly half of the company’s global revenue by 2018. Today, he helps transportation organizations modernize operations through automation, APIs, AI, and intelligent fleet technology.
